石化行業各類組合襯裡用耐火材料
本公司是石化行業耐火材料生產骨幹企業之一，為石化行業提供多種特殊耐火材料。石化系統的工業爐，種類繁多、結構形狀複雜，且每一品種數量少，使用溫度雖不高，但要求有良好的整體性，並能承受壓力、耐磨損和抗侵蝕，使用條件苛刻，有的在高溫常壓下工作，也有的在高溫高壓下工作，所以石化工業爐不但需要普通耐火材料，還需要高級或耐鹼材料。為滿足催化裂解爐、合成氨裝置等各種熱工設備的長週期運行，本公司開發了一系列石化行業熱工窯爐用組合襯裡材料，以針對石化行業石油及化工產品的劇烈競爭和飛速發展。
Refractory
material for every type of composed lining of petrochemical
industry
The Company is one of the major corporations producing specialized
refractory materials for the petrochemical industry. Industrial
furnaces used under the petrochemical system are of various
types and complicated structures, with only a small quantity
in each type. Though the operating temperature is not high,
the furnaces are subject to stringent service conditions, such
as good integrity, pressure-bearing capacity, wearproof and
corrosion resistant. Some of the furnaces work in high temperature
and normal pressure while some work in high temperature and
high pressure. As a result furnaces used in the petrochemical
industry not only require general refractory products but also
high-class or alkaline resistant materials. To cater for the
long operation cycle of various thermal equipment such as catalytic
cracking furnace, synthetic ammonia device, etc., the Company
has developed a composite lining product series for heat-treatment
kilns used in the petrochemical industry, thereby strengthening
itself in light of the intense competition in and rapid development
of the petrochemical industry. |
