本公司第一事業部的產品主要服務於建材行業。本公司是國家建材局、杭州設計院、秦皇島設計院、蚌埠設計院的定點制造廠。在開發、應用等多方面取得了長足的發展。其中，玻璃熔窯蓄熱室獲上海市科技進步獎及中國輕工業科學技術進步獎；特導型蓄熱室格子磚獲上市優秀產品三等獎；高檔電熔再結合鎂質系列、鋯質系列、鎂鋁尖晶石磚系列及不定型系列耐火材料產品被中國建築材料工業協會定為推薦產品；玻璃窯爐耐火材料被定為國家"八五"科技攻關項目。
除本公司生產的八大系列產品之外，本公司近年來致力於大型浮法玻璃窯用耐火材料的開發和研究工作，開發了許多玻璃窯用特色產品。迄今已為國內近二十條大型浮法玻璃生產線和百餘家玻璃窯配套的蓄熱室墻體提供了全套高檔鎂質、鎂鉻質、鋯質、AZS等系列制品，在品種、質量等方面可以滿足設計要求，具有耐高溫耐侵蝕性能好、熱震穩定性好等特點，均獲用戶的信任和好評，在蓄熱室上使用壽命均超過五年以上。
The
products of the Company's Business Division I are mainly
used in the building material industry. The Company is an appointed
manufacturer for National Building Material Industry Bureau
(國家建材局), Hangzhou Design Institute (杭州設計院), Qinhuangdao Design
Institute (秦皇島設計院) and Bengbu Design Institute (蚌埠設計院). The
Company has achieved considerable progress in various aspects
including development and application. In particular, the Company
has been awarded "Technology Progress Award of Shanghai"
and "Technology Progress Award of China's Light Industry"
for its glass kiln regenerative chamber and third-class award
of "Excellent Product of Shanghai" for its checker bricks
of specific regenerative chamber. Moreover, its high-end fused
rebonded brick series, magnesia and aluminium spinel brick series
and unshaped refractory products were designated by The Association
of China Building Material Industry (中國建築材料工業協會) as recommended
products, while its glass kiln refractory product was designated
as the critical scientific item under the PRC's "Eighth
Five-year plan".
Apart from its eight major product series, in recent years the
Company has devoted itself to the development and research of
large floating glass kiln refractory materials and has developed
numerous glass kiln products. To date, it has provided a complete
series of high-end magnesia, magnesia-chrome, zirconia, AZS
products for nearly 20 large floating glass production lines
and over a hundred projects in relation to regenerative chamber
wall for glass kilns in the PRC. All these products fully meet
the design specifications in terms of variety and quality. With
excellent features such as heat resistance, corrosion resistance,
heat and shock stability, etc., and a life span of more than
five years when used in regenerative chamber, such products
are highly trustworthy and well received by the users. |
