本公司近年來致力於大型乾法水泥窯用耐火材料的開發和研究工作，在參考引進水泥窯耐火材料品種及技術指標，結合本公司為冶金行業、玻璃行業生產的鹼性耐火材料、鋁硅系列和不定形耐火材料的基礎上，結合水泥窯的各部位要求研制開發了所需要的直接結合鎂鉻磚、抗剝落高鋁磚、耐鹼磚、鎂鋯磚、磷酸鹽結合高鋁磚、鎂鋁尖晶石磚、等高溫燒結耐火制品和各種材質的不定形重質、輕質耐火材料。本公司除生產八大系列產品之外，還針對大型乾法水泥窯開發了新的專用產品，在品種、質量等方面可以滿足設計要求，具有耐高溫耐侵蝕性能好、熱震穩定性好等特點，廣泛用於新型乾法水泥窯的預熱器、分解爐、三次風管和窯筒體等部位。
In recent years, the Company has devoted itself to the development and research of large dry cement kiln refractory materials. With reference to the variety and technical specifications of imported cement kiln refractory materials, combined with the Company's technology applied in the manufacture of alkaline refractory products, alumina-silicon series and unshaped refractory products for the metallurgical industry and glass industry, and taking into account of various requirements in relation to different parts of a cement kiln, the Company has developed direct rebonded magnesia-chrome brick, peel resistant high aluminium brick, alkaline-resistant brick, magnesia-zirconia brick, phosphate high aluminium brick, megnesia-aluminium sharp crystal brick and other high-temperature sintered refractory products, as well as unshaped heavy-duty and light-duty refractory products made of various materials. Apart from its eight major product series, the Company has developed new products specialized for large dry cement kiln. All these products fully meet the design specifications in terms of variety and quality. With excellent features such as heat resistance, corrosion resistance, heat and shock stability, they are widely used in the pre-heater, decomposing furnace, triple wind pipe and kiln cylinder of the new-type dry cement kilns. |
